Inheritance & Wills Support
in English for Foreign Residents of Japan

Whether you are settling the estate of a loved one or planning your own, inheritance in Japan can be hard to navigate, especially when your family, assets, or documents span more than one country.

Our team of an administrative scrivener (gyōsei-shoshi) and a judicial scrivener (shihō-shoshi) works together to support English speakers living in Japan, including those from the United States, Canada, Australia, and elsewhere.

Who we serve

Our services are available only to individuals who currently reside in Japan.
